Nicholas John Munson was born on Wednesday July 16, 2008, at 10:52 am. He weighed in at a whopping 8lbs 12 oz, and was 20 1/2 inches long. He had a full head of dark blond hair and is a very content baby. Sorry for the overly graphic pictures, but this is the best way for Mike to see the pictures and stay updated, so I am including them all for his sake. We are back home and getting rested up. The kids haven't got to meet their new brother yet, so we will see how that goes, and I imagine I will get a few new pics!

Baby update
Ok, for those who still read this. I had my 39 wk appt today and the dr decided to go ahead and induce me. So bright and early tomorrow morning (Wednesday July 16) we are supposed to be at the hospital by 7am! HE did say that they have been unusually crazy lately and IF the hospital is full, they might not get to me, but he said he would still try to squeeze me in. So if all goes right, we will be meeting baby Nicholas sometime tomorrow!!! Wish us luck!

more baby stuff, its getting old huh?
Well for those just DYING to know :) my ob appt went great today. I dialated another cm, so now I am up to 3, only 7 more to go woo-hoo! The dr said that if I haven't had the baby on my own by 39 wks, he would induce me that week. So if Nick isn't here by July 13, I will have an induction scheduled that week sometime. Hopefully Tuesday or Wednesday. Which means he will definitely be here BEFORE my due date. I am hoping things happen on their own, but we shall see how it all goes.
On another note, Mike is officially deployed. He has made it safely to his location, and his countdown started last week! He says this base is smaller than the last one and right now they have work to do, but that probably wouldn't last, so it will be quite boring there.
The kids are doing great. A little more wild than my family is used to I think. Apparently the Munson kids are bigger monsters than even *I* knew! But oh well, only a few more months and we will be gone again.
